Therefore the paradox is observed at the moment: the modern life boils, it is dynamic, but a society suffers from excess weight. It is not difficult to guess, why it occurs. The passive sedentary style of life (8 hours a day) has an effect. As a result even usual forms of a person body get rotundities after a while. And the person suffers from the excess weight. <p>Probably, it will be actual for 20-25 year old, but for those who are 30 and older, in all honesty, it should be admitted, the majority avoids physical exercises. It is accepted to understand the meal enriched by vitamins and useful minerals, but not fats and carbohydrates. Though many experts-dieticians recommend not to exclude completely such products, as bread and even fat during diet. It is natural need of a human body.</p>
